Lead Technologist - Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and management of AI solutions, ensuring they meet client needs, stay within budget, and are delivered on time.
• Develop and manage the technology road-map, providing strategic advice on trends and integrating new platforms.
• Engage in the technical aspects, assist the team with challenges, and implement new solutions.
• Establish and maintain high standards for design and implementation, ensuring quality across all projects.
• Mentor and develop junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
