Lead Software Developer required by a leading global Cloud Technology company based in Bracknell. The company are working on cutting-edge technology including AI and propensity modelling. The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for the software engineering output of the team.

This will be a leadership role however success candidate will be expected to be hands-on, writing code when required, as well as designing architecture. Therefore the successful candidate will have strong hands-on coding knowledge.

The company are happy to consider a Senior Developer who is looking to step up into more of a leadership role.

They operate on a hybrid model which involves 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Essential experience:

Degree in STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University
Experience leading software development teams
Knowledge of either C# or React
Strong experience with SQL
Source control, ideally Git
AgileAny experience in the following would be advantageous:

Latest versions of .NET
AI, Machine Learning
JavaScript, TypeScript and associated frameworks
Containers, Docker, Kubernetes
NoSQL
