Role Overview:
Our client is on the lookout for a talented Sales Engineer based in the UK, eager to contribute to the expansion of an innovative AI startup. You’ll be instrumental in supporting customers in the UK while also lending a hand to the US team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sales and partnerships teams, acting as the technical expert during engagements with potential clients. Your main focus will be to understand the specific technical requirements of prospects and demonstrate how our client’s platform can meet those needs. You’ll bring your technical know-how to the table, offering insights and crafting customized solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of all product features and their practical applications. ️ Assist businesses in evaluating the technical capabilities of our client’s offerings, ensuring they align with their needs. Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address the specific needs of potential clients. ️ Design, validate, and document technical solutions for prospective customers. Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence product development, working closely with engineering and product teams to meet business objectives. Support implementation efforts by assisting with technical aspects during the pilot phases. Facilitate training sessions and onboarding processes for new clients. Provide guidance and support to partners.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant, ideally within the SaaS or E-commerce sectors. Strong experience working with APIs. A self-driven individual who excels both independently and as part of a team. Ambitious and motivated, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. Committed to contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment. ⚡ Comfortable navigating the fast-paced nature of a growing tech startup.
