We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data and analytics capabilities. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising.

You'd be joining a team of smart engineers and data scientists who know how to get things done solving challenging and interesting problems in the ad tech space using cutting-edge AI/Machine Learning tools and techniques. This position allows you to deal with real-time data and see them being analyzed and visualized for curated client needs.

Our back end is written in Python using Flask Our front end is written with modern UI patterns and libraries like, JavaScript, React, and Angular Our infrastructure is hosted with AWS and GCP We have a well-defined SDLC process driven by automationWhat will you be doing:
Lead projects where you’ll work closely with the engineering and product team to scope and distill product requirements into design and technical specifications. Provide honest, accurate feedback to others on the team to create growth opportunities. Ensure a high standard of reliability, performance, motivation, and alignment with objectives provided by leadership. Supports and mentors senior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership. Nurture an environment of continuous growth within your team by providing motivation, mentorship, and learning opportunities. Take ownership of the practices and processes within your team and constantly focus on their improvement. Foster a culture of goal setting within your team and ensure everyone is continuously working towards their goals.Who you are:
Exceptional communication skills and can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on front-end engineering experience. Engineering management experience. Experience with React or React Native development. Experience creating and maintaining high-performing software. Be fluent in JavaScript ES6, Typescript Exposure to backend runtime such as Node.js Working knowledge of GraphQL. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as High Charts, Chart.js, or D3.js. Experience writing, designing, and debugging RESTful API’s.ABOUT CHOREOGRAPH:
