Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

£55,000-75,000

THE COMPANY:

The company are a tech focused fast-growing start up subscription-based company with a desire to drive more value from their data. They are looking for a Lead BI Analyst to join their multi-functional data team.

THE ROLE:

You can expect to be involved in:

· Understand the business users’ needs and context and create the business-facing documentation on the metrics.

· Define and document BI best practices and conventions- guide business areas and Data Science teams to ensure consistency across the business and avoid duplication.

· You will be involved in building out the Looker instance (using LookML) for business users to self-serve their data needs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong SQL is essential
• Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with C-suite stakeholders who aren’t always technical
• Extensive experience building out reports within Looker, Tableau or similar
• Experience in a senior reporting & BI role, delivering and maintaining metrics and dashboards across various teams.

• THE BENEFITS:
• A salary of up to £65,000.
