Lead AI Engineer- Remote with Dev team on European time zone mainly.

Leading Technology orgainsation backed by top tier investors to be focused on building Agents which build Apps for open source cloud-native Postgres SQL.

You will be the person who has built it, tested it, modified it, put it into production, asked external customers for feedback and continually improved the product.

You must be able to demonstrate and talk through examples of this.

Responsibilities and required skills-

• Build and Lead a best in class small team of engineers
• At least 50% of your time will be coding
• Must be expert in building AI tools or Agents for Software Development
• Exp in major backend language (Go or Rust)
• Exp of leading a small tech team in a hands on capacity
• Infastructure technologies exp such as Kubernetes, Docker, Github, CI/CD, public cloud
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-techical stakeholders

Pay range and compensation package- £140 to £200k depending on experience, 100% remote, equity (stock options), Top Tech company benefits (top equipment, unlimited vacations, paid parental leaves and more)
