Responsibilities and required skills - - Build and Lead abest in class small team of engineers - At least 50% of your timewill be coding - Must be expert in building AI tools or Agents forSoftware Development - Exp in major backend language (Go or Rust) -Exp of leading a small tech team in a hands on capacity -Infastructure technologies exp such as Kubernetes, Docker, Github,CI/CD, public cloud - Strong communication skills and ability toarticulate complex technical concepts to non-techical stakeholdersFully remote role and company across 25+ countries.
