Shift: alternating weekend shifts - 8hrs Fri + 12hrs 10pm-10am Sat & Sun or 12hrs 10am-10pm Sat & Sun + 8hrs Mon
Salary: Circa £28,000 + shift pay & company bonus

The Key Operator manages various production activities including: planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
What are we looking for?
- FMCG experience running food processes or packaging lines
- Experience in coordinating different activities in an operational environment ( managing / leading people experience is a plus)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in cleaning and sanitation
- Nice-to-have: FLT licence
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Delivering production as planned inline with operational targets
- Coordinate different operational activities in shift
- Run pack line or food process if operator is absent
- Step us as team leader in 10-15% of time
