What We Offer:

  • Robust Account Management:Lead the development and implementation of account plans across the health economy, addressing capacity and access barriers to ensure rapid uptake of our CV medicines.
  • Resource Optimization:Strategically allocate resources to key accounts, monitor progress, and evolve plans to maximize impact.
  • Multichannel Engagement:Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through a multichannel strategy, driving sales growth and preparing for future brand launches.
  • Future-Ready Initiatives:Engage with stakeholders to prepare for future product launches, sharing insights and creating robust advocacy development plans.

Responsibilities:

Your Expertise:

  • Proven track record of high performance in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the CV field.
  • Strong understanding of customer drivers and the NHS, including commissioning pathways, funding streams, and implementation of NICE guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a willingness to adapt to change.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactivity in all tasks.
