Your tasks: what you can help us shape

• In your role as (Senior) AI Engineer / Consultant (m/f/d), you will work closely with our customers to integrate AI developments into existing workflows and solutions.
• Your tasks will include the design, development and implementation of AI-based solutions, including generative AI and large language models, to solve challenging use cases in various areas, from automating tasks and business processes to mastering complexity and driving innovation.
• By validating the feasibility of new technological developments and methods, you maximize the value contribution.
• In addition, you will continuously improve and optimize AI models to increase their accuracy and scalability, optimize computational and cost efficiency and thus ensure compliance with rules and standards.

What we want from you

• A degree in IT forms the basis of your qualification.
• You have extensive experience in applying deep learning and machine learning architectures in the context of natural language processing (NLP), including transformers and large and small specialized language models, to solve business problems and drive innovation in the industry.
• You have excellent software development skills with extensive experience in Python, working with ML frameworks and tools (Langchain, llamaindex, Haystack) in a cloud environment.
• Proven experience in Advanced Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning LLMs and orchestrating agents, preferably in combination with Graph Technologies to handle complexity in industrial applications is a plus.
• Your problem-solving, analytical skills paired with your engaging and transparent communication skills make you a valued contact person for our customers.
• You have a very good command of German and are open to occasional travel to visit our customers.

Simon is at home in the field of industrial analytics and ensures that added value is generated from raw sensor data and made available to the customer as a cloud service.
Filip speaks the language of data scientists and data engineers. He tries to make life easier for both through cloud computing.
Sebastian is at home in the world of dbt, Snowflake and AWS. With his mechanical engineering background, he drives sustainable optimization and ensures efficient data solutions.
