Exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join the Sportable Team to help develop & optimise innovative products in the sporting wearable technology space. Required Skills and Technology Experience • 3-4 years’ Experience in similar role. • Associate's degree, Diploma, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience managing a Microsoft M365 environment, SharePoint Online, Teams Video, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender. • Experience supporting Windows and Ubuntu laptops (remote and office users) and general Office IT Infrastructure, Printers, Access Points, Network Switches, Routers, Teams Video System • Knowledge of networking, routing, switching DHCP, static routing, VLANS, DNS, TCP and UDP ports • Customer service, client facing, and/or help desk experience. • Strong background experience in Linux (command line, networking, basic bash, services, configuration) • Network, device and infrastructure security awareness • Strong experience managing Microsoft Windows devices Desirable skills • Experience with inventory management of IT devices and infrastructure. • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant STEM field (e.g. Information Systems, Information Technology, Applied Networking, System Administration). • Completion of a relevant technical certification • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information. • Effective organizational communication, leadership, and teamwork/collaboration skills, with a passion for new technology and commitment to learning new skills. • Atlassian tooling proficiency • Cybersecurity training and proficiency Responsibilities As part of a skilled business support team: • Provide support across all channels, including chat, email, phone, video, in-person, etc. (the amount of time dedicated to each will vary based on operational needs). • Troubleshoot across Sportable’s corporate IT resources, applications, and various operating systems, including Linux, Mac OS, Windows, and mobile platforms. • Assist colleagues with resolving software, hardware, and networking issues. Support various services such as video conferencing, remote access, new internal products, and mobile technology. • Collaborate and share knowledge across the team and other team members. Contribute to various initiatives, including process improvement and documentation efforts to enhance the user experience. • Ensure Inventory is up to date and documented. • Be the “go to” person in the office when colleagues need IT support.
