Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join Medloop as an Operations Coordinator. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of the business, allowing you to build valuable skills and add meaningful projects to your resume.

What You’ll Do

Operations 

  • Clinician Management: Creating rotas, driving recruitment, onboarding, managing invoicing and scheduling queries. 
  • Client Relations: Managing scheduling, responding to client queries and requests
  • Shift Management:Ensuring that all shifts are running smoothly, ad-hoc capacity management, solving operational issues 
  • Invoicing: Oversee contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper processing in financial systems. 
  • Document Management:Keep track of all documents, keep spreadsheets up to date, update client and clinician information. 

IT & Technical Support

  • User Support: Provide technical support to clinicians. 
  • Computer Networks: Support the configuration of network hardware, monitor performance, and troubleshoot network issues.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in an operational or administrative role 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Forms) 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to learning and contributing.
  • Good to have: Experience with the healthcare industry, Jira, IT support experience.

  • Base Salary- £25,000-40,000 based on experience
