Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join Medloop as an Operations Coordinator. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of the business, allowing you to build valuable skills and add meaningful projects to your resume.

What You’ll Do

Operations

Clinician Management: Creating rotas, driving recruitment, onboarding, managing invoicing and scheduling queries.
Client Relations: Managing scheduling, responding to client queries and requests
Shift Management:Ensuring that all shifts are running smoothly, ad-hoc capacity management, solving operational issues
Invoicing: Oversee contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper processing in financial systems.
Document Management:Keep track of all documents, keep spreadsheets up to date, update client and clinician information.

IT & Technical Support

User Support: Provide technical support to clinicians.
Computer Networks: Support the configuration of network hardware, monitor performance, and troubleshoot network issues.

Who You Are

5+ years in an operational or administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Forms)
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
A team player with a proactive approach to learning and contributing.
Good to have: Experience with the healthcare industry, Jira, IT support experience.

Base Salary- £25,000-40,000 based on experience
