The Head of Revenue Technologies ensures seamless integration of MarTech and SalesTech platforms and their surrounding ecosystem to enable efficient operations, enhance customer engagement, and strongly support revenue growth. The position sets the strategic vision to guide the organization in leveraging technology for competitive advantage.A key focus of this role is maximizing the benefits of technology solutions through effective training, process development, and change management to ensure adoption and impact across teams.Key Responsibilities :Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for MarTech and SalesTech platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s revenue goals.Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing and sales technology tools, ensuring they address user needs and drive measurable impact.Design and implement processes and workflows that maximize the utilization and effectiveness of marketing and sales technologies.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to empower teams.Act as a change agent to drive the adoption of technology platforms across the organization, ensuring alignment with business processes and user expectations.Lead cross-functional efforts to standardize processes and define best practices for technology usage to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Establish clear metrics and feedback loops to measure technology adoption, user satisfaction, and impact on business outcomes.Background :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in technology or digital marketing are a plus.10+ years of experience managing technology platforms in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within a B2B environment.Demonstrated success in integrating, optimizing, and scaling technology solutions to support global revenue functions.Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align technology investments with business goals.Extensive international experience from B2B software business.Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Travel is expected up to 25% globally to support implementation and stakeholder engagement.Location is one of the key sites of Elisa Industriq software companies, i.e. Elisa Polystar in Sweden (Stockholm), sedApta in Italy (Genoa), Camline in Germany (Petershausen), Group HQ in Finland (Helsinki), or Elisa Polystar in England (London).Does it sound like your next step?
