As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, you'llspearhead the development and implementation of AI/ML strategiesfor our robot humanoid project, ensuring alignment with companygoals. You'll oversee the design and deployment of AI/ML algorithmsfor perception, decision-making, control, and autonomous driving,leveraging expertise in embodied AI, NLP, semantic SLAM, CNN/DNN,emotion/object recognition, and understanding of world modelarchitectures. Your role involves defining research roadmaps,establishing data pipelines, and integrating AI/ML capabilitiesinto our platform. You'll lead recruitment, foster collaborations,and ensure compliance with ethical standards. Your strategicleadership will drive innovation, cross-functional collaboration,and representation in industry forums Responsibilities: - Lead thedesign and development of AI/ML algorithms and models, focusing onenhancing various functionalities such as perception,decision-making, control, and autonomous driving within the robothumanoid project. - Craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap forAI/ML research, development, and deployment, keeping abreast oftechnological advancements and industry trends to stay ahead of thecurve. - Establish robust data pipelines and infrastructure tosupport AI/ML workflows, encompassing everything from datacollection and preprocessing to training and inference. - Drive theseamless integration of AI/ML capabilities into our robot humanoidplatform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams toensure cohesion and efficiency. - Monitor and evaluate theperformance of AI/ML systems in real-world scenarios, continuallyiterating and optimizing to achieve optimal outcomes. - Cultivate aculture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI/MLteam, staying updated with the latest advancements in technologyand methodologies. Strategic Leadership: - Provide strategicdirection for the AI/ML team, fostering a collaborative andinnovative work environment conducive to achieving our objectives.- Define and communicate a clear vision, goals, and priorities forAI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader companystrategy. - Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of topAI/ML talent, nurturing a high-performing team capable ofdelivering exceptional results. - Foster partnerships with externalresearch institutions, academia, and industry collaborators toleverage expertise and resources beneficial to our projects. -Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, andbusiness teams to ensure that AI/ML initiatives meet both productrequirements and market demands. - Represent the company in AI/MLconferences, events, and industry forums, showcasing ourtechnological advancements and thought leadership. - Ensurecompliance with ethical and regulatory standards in AI/MLdevelopment and deployment, prioritizing transparency, fairness,and accountability. - Interact with academic institutions andconduct external research to stay at the forefront of AI/MLadvancements and explore new opportunities. Expertise: - Deepunderstanding of AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and methodologies,demonstrated through a track record of leading successful projects.- Extensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutionsin real-world applications, preferably within robotics, automation,or autonomous driving. - Strong background in computer science,mathematics, or related fields, with expertise in machine learning,deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, andunderstanding of world model architectures. - Proven leadershipskills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieveambitious goals and deliver high-quality results. - Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management abilities, capable ofeffectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technicalaudiences. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills,enabling you to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, andmake data-driven decisions. - Commitment to continuous learning andprofessional development, staying updated on emerging technologiesand best practices in AI/ML. - Ability to collaborate with academicinstitutions and conduct external research to drive innovation andexplore new frontiers in AI/ML.
