Managing Director – Oxford – Semi remote - £90k - £120k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a world leader in the Broadcast space in Oxford who are now seeking a Managing Director with a solid background in Electronics Design to help lead the company develop a new portfolio of products.

The company develop a range of products used globally and have an international presence. They are now seeking a Managing Director to future proof their current IP, as well as lead the company through an exciting period of growth.

As a Managing Director, you will be focused on developing roadmaps and strategies for the Engineering team and wider operations team. This role is suited to a Managing Director or C-Suite executive with a background in Electronics. Due to the close collaboration of the team. This role will be mostly onsite.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors, Masters or PhD in a relevant degree or an engineering background

  • Circa 5+ years experience previously in an Electronics role

  • Recent experience in a C-Suite or MD type role

  • Good experience liaising with Business Leaders and Stakeholders

  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent experience working within Video, Broadcast or cellular industries is highly desirable but not essential
