This revolutionary platform combines computer vision, 3D cameras, and connected weights to deliver a cutting-edge in-home fitness experience, featuring real-time form correction, rep counting, and AI-driven feedback.

This is an opportunity to work directly with Tier 1 celebrity athletes and Olympians, formulating elite workout programs that blend the latest in performance science and AI technology. You will curate and create world-class fitness content, source and manage top-tier talent, and test the AI-powered motion tracking system to ensure an unparalleled user experience.

This role is ideal for a fitness expert, coach, or trainer with a deep understanding of strength training combined with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work at the intersection of fitness, technology, and content production.

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.

The Role...
1. Workout Content Development

  • Design and develop structured workout programs, ranging from 10-minute express sessions to full 4-week structured plans across strength, yoga, boxing, dance, pilates, barre, and bodyweight training.
  • Ensure each program is scientifically optimised and engaging, leveraging the expertise of world-class athletes and Olympians.
  • Collaborate with trainers to incorporate cutting-edge sports science principles into training methodologies.

2. Talent Sourcing & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard elite fitness talent, including celebrity athletes, Olympians, and renowned trainers.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination to maximise content production efficiency during studio filming sessions.
  • In the near future, take ownership of talent negotiations and partnerships, securing deals with Tier 1 athletic and celebrity talent.

3. Content Production & Studio Oversight

  • Plan and coordinate video shoots, ensuring the capture of 6-7 high-quality workouts per day.
  • Work closely with the videography and editing teams to ensure all workout content aligns with brand guidelines and user experience expectations.
  • Supervise the post-production process to ensure seamless editing and integration of AI-driven feedback into workouts.

4. AI & Product Testing

  • Act as the bridge between the fitness and tech teams, testing motion tracking and providing critical feedback to improve accuracy and automated coaching responses.
  • Conduct regular hands-on product testing, ensuring the form correction feedback is scientifically sound and engaging for users.
  • Partner with the data science and product teams to optimise content for maximum engagement and retention.

5. Community Engagement & Coaching

  • Lead interactive workout sessions, engaging users with an energetic, charismatic, and highly motivating coaching style.
  • Create an immersive and compelling experience, making fitness education both fun and effective.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create behind-the-scenes content, workout breakdowns, and athlete interviews to further engage the user community.

6. Strategy & Roadmap Contribution

  • Work with the CPO and product team to shape the long-term content strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure workouts align with the company’s vision and user needs, continuously evolving based on user feedback and engagement data.
  • Experiment with new training styles and interactive experiences, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven fitness coaching.

  • Extensive Experience in Athletics & Coaching– Background in strength training, yoga, dance, or boxing is essential.
  • Engaging & Charismatic Personality– Ability to captivate and energise users during workouts.
  • Strong Organisational & Leadership Skills– Experience managing high-profile talent, complex schedules, and large-scale video shoots.
  • Comfortable in Front of the Camera– Confident in demonstrating and explaining technical movement execution.
  • Data-Driven & Product-Minded– Ability to test and optimise AI motion tracking to enhance the user experience.
  • Highly Adaptable & Detail-Oriented– Capable of working independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Tech-Savvy & Proficient in Digital Tools– Experience using Slack, Asana, Notion, Google Sheets, and project management platforms.
