Head of Transformation

For 60+ years British Heart Foundation (BHF) has been focused on transforming the nations heart and circulatory health. Growing income and support for our cause means we need access to the right systems, tools, and brilliant data insight. This is where our Enterprise Foundations (EF) Programme comes in to provide the best possible technology systems to support our work. Comprising of four workstreams; Retail, Finance, Customer and Data Architecture and Reporting, this programme will deliver cutting-edge technologies, better systems, and data to provide the foundations for growing our income so we can support the lifesaving breakthroughs millions of people desperately need. As our Head of Retail Transformation for Data Science and Reporting youll work with and support our Retail Transformation Director deliver our Enterprise Foundations vision, and will work with third parties, as well as our dedicated Data and Architecture workstream and internal subject matter experts, to support the delivery of key outcomes that will enable BHF to become more agile, efficient, and customer centric. Youll connect and ensure our data landscape and reporting needs are met, bringing together critical external insight data together with our own data. Working arrangements Please note this is an 18-months fixed term contract. This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause. About you With proven experience of leading and delivering complex change activity within in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, youll have a data science background and previous experience of using Data Lake house, and connectors, and Power BI. Youll have strong strategic and analytical skills, able to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver outcomes. With demonstrable experience of improving business outcome through data driven decisions, youll have excellent leadership and management skills, able to motivate, empower, and develop teams and individuals. Youll have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels, and will have previous experience of working with external third parties, performance, risks, and issues.TPBN1_UKTJ
