This is a pure management role – no hands on day to day selling, the incoming Head Of Sales needs to be strategic, tactical & motivational.
Our client is seeking a polished, highly effective Head Of Sales / Head Of Sales Performance to lead a team of 10 in the sales function. The team are highly organised, well grounded, very well remunerated & have great level of expertise in the their field.
We are specifically looking for a Head Of Sales / Head Of Sales Performance from either a high end Hospitality, Events or 5* hotel background. But, this is NOT an Events or Hotel business so would suit someone looking to get out of the usual daily grind & into something completely different but very much in the luxury market. The client operates a significant, world renowned international Art services business working with some of the best known, high profile artists from around the world. The role would very much suit someone who is at Director of Sales / Sales Director or a Head Of Sales role currently in a large scale Events, Luxury Hotel or similar environment where there is a focus on selling a premium product to a high end, discerning clientele.
We are looking for someone that sees themselves as an innovator/disrupter but also someone that has a track record of tactical decision making based on large volumes of internal data. The client employs a large team of highly skilled individuals in the tech department & has a cutting edge approach to their data science which feeds & drives the momentum in the sales team.
This significant group is privately owned but is going through a phase of hyper growth & so someone with a growth mindset is a prerequisite.
