You will leverage your extensive pricing experience to guide the implementation of this pricing sophistication strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Retail Pricing Team:Implement, test, and monitor rate delivery to ensure alignment with company goals.Monitor trading performance and the quality of retail modelling.Maintain and enhance behavioural and market models.Own and optimise the pricing environments.Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a team of 15-20 pricing analysts and managersEngage with underwriting, risk pricing, and data science teams to collaboratively deliver pricing outcomes.Technical Leadership:Own the technical roadmap and drive the development plan.Maintain the retail pricing policy, ensuring compliance.Leverage machine learning and distributed computing platforms to guide the team in delivering efficient, robust outcomes....
