As theHead of Product, you will be a pivotal leader, responsible for driving product innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will work cross-functionally to deliver world-class solutions that enhance regulatory compliance and supplier due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:Develop and lead the strategic positioning of a leading supply chain risk assessment solution, evolving it into a top-tier supplier assessment tool.
• Innovation & Compliance:Guide the product's evolution to support regulatory compliance and due diligence, particularly in response to European supply chain regulations.
• Partner Integration:Manage third-party integrations to enhance supplier assessments through in-depth data understanding.
• Survey-Based Data Collection:Expand supplier data collection methods and integrate them into the core application to enhance product capabilities.
• Market & Customer Understanding:Gain deep insights into target markets, customer personas, and user behaviour to inform strategic product decisions.
• Product Roadmap:Develop and articulate a clear product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Feature Prioritisation:Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams such as data science, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to bring innovative product features to market.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in supply chain, procurement, or compliance solutions.
• Proven success in leading large-scale business and organisational transformations.
• Strong ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational activities with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to contribute directly to product development.
• Experience in supplier assessment or supply chain due diligence is a plus.
• Knowledge of third-party risk data integration is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, or Political Science; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is beneficial.
