You will:

• Build and Lead a High-Performing Data Science Team:Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of machine learning engineers to deliver cutting-edge ML solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive Data-Driven Innovation:Define the data science strategy, identify opportunities for AI/ML to drive business growth, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Develop and Scale ML Capabilities:Oversee the development and deployment of robust ML pipelines, including fraud detection and risk assessment models.
• Establish MLOps Excellence:Architect and implement efficient MLOps pipelines to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring model performance and reliability.
• Collaborate Across the Organisation:Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate data-driven insights effectively.

We're Looking For:

• Proven Leadership:Demonstrated experience leading and growing high-performing data science teams, with a track record of delivering impactful ML solutions.
• Deep ML Expertise:Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
• MLOps Mastery:Proven ability to build and scale MLOps platforms, leveraging CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud technologies.
• Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
