Are you a Data/AI visionary ready to transform data strategy on a global scale? As Head of Data & AI, you’ll lead and revolutionise our client’s data capabilities, driving cutting-edge AI and data science initiatives within a rapidly growing organisation.
You’ll get to utilise your hands-on data experience daily, as an IC, but also to shape the future of data strategy across the business leading and growing a talented team of data scientists and engineers.
What You’ll Do:
• Define and lead the company's data strategy, making data a key asset for growth.
• Drive AI/ML innovation across all functions, from predictive analytics to advanced AI models.
• Oversee the design and execution of scalable data architectures, ensuring optimal data governance and security.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to unlock data-driven insights that fuel decision-making and business strategy.
• Lead a diverse team of data professionals and create a data-first culture within the organisation.
What You Bring:
• Proven hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, or advanced analytics, with the ability to delve deep into data when needed.
• Strategic leadership in data transformation, ideally at a senior or executive level.
• Expertise in AI/ML tools and a passion for driving practical business solutions through cutting-edge data innovation.
• Strong technical proficiency across Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience developing robust data governance frameworks and ensuring data security.
