Head of Data required by a well-funded life-sciences company who are in the scale-up phase. Due to this planned growth the company required a Head of Data to lead the innovation and development of the companies next generation of data solutions and insights. This is a hands-on role leading a world class team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists, taking ownership of the Data, AI, and ML roadmap within the organisation. The successful Head of Data will oversee the design and implementation of the companies' data infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. The company are happy to offer a hybrid role, with monthly meetups in London. Essential requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or similar related field Strong background designing, implementing, and optimising data architectures and MLOps driven machine learning solutions Technically strong in data technologies and ML frameworks such as Python, BigQuery, and TensorFlow Previous experience inspiring and leading teams Any experience working within life-sciences industry, or with geospatial data would be very advantageous.
