Description

The Head of Data Engineering will be responsible for but not limited to:

Lead the design and implementation of the company's data engineering strategy.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and availability..
Drive the hiring, training, and development of the data engineering team.
Promote data-driven decision making across the company.
Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in data engineering.Profile

A successful Head of Data Engineering should have:

A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
Profound knowledge of database architecture and data warehousing.
Previously lead data engineering teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiar with: FastAPI, Airflow, Job Offer
