Currently progressing through an A+ funding round following a successful Series A, the company is poised for significant growth, including expansion into new markets like the US and obtaining critical safety certifications within the EU. The team is a dynamic group of 31 professionals, seeking a passionate Growth Marketer to join them at this exciting stage.

Role Overview:

The Growth Marketer will be a key driver of the company’s marketing strategy, focusing on executing outbound campaigns, managing the database, and optimizing the website. This role will involve close collaboration with content managers to ensure that press releases and articles are effective. The Growth Marketer will manage LinkedIn campaigns, optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, and nurture leads.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in small business environments and a passion for sustainability. The successful candidate will significantly impact the company's expansion efforts, particularly in the US and EU markets, while supporting short-term funding objectives linked to safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound marketing campaigns in partnership with content managers.
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns and maintain the contact database, utilizing HubSpot for streamlined campaign management.
  • Optimize website performance, focusing on SEO and Google Ads to drive inbound lead generation.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics, including inbound leads and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the company’s international expansion strategy, supporting the achievement of US market entry and EU certification goals.
  • Align marketing activities with the company’s overarching mission to reduce carbon emissions and support businesses in reaching their net-zero objectives.

What They’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in small business settings, particularly in early-stage environments.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and other marketing platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • A track record of taking ownership of marketing initiatives and delivering results.
  • Passion for the company's mission and a commitment to achieving long-term goals.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is essential; SaaS experience is not required.
  • A stable career history, demonstrating success and commitment in previous roles.
