Our Data Science Development Programme consists of three 12-monthplacements where you will gain experience rotating across our key technicalareas with a focus on digitalisation. We operate globally across 92 locationsso you should be open to the opportunity of relocating, within your region ofresidence, for your placements. Your responsibilities day to day will bedependent on your placement at the time but will usually consist of three ofthe following areas:
As part of the programme, you will receive tailoredpersonal and professional development, involving on-the-job training,residential workshops and access to over 5000 e-learning courses. By the end ofthe programme, you will have a deep understanding of the business and recognisehow you can drive our business forward and help us overcome the challenges ofthe future.
