We are looking for graduates who are seeking to build a career in Marketing Automation, Sales and Service Process automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and creating online experiences. You will be working with other consultants, developers and BAs on different areas of the client's systems and processes. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality solutions is essential.

Additionally, you will have a flexible attitude, creativity, imagination and be open to change. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as attention to detail, are key. The ability to work individually or within a team to meet tight deadlines is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery workshops to gather requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Assist in the design of reliable processes and applications
• Collaborate on project work (should be a confident self-starter)
• Collaborate to identify issues, discuss a resolution with team
• Ensure delivery quality delights the clients
• Report and escalate project issues to line manager.

Skills

• Ability to communicate with senior leaders and clients and provide consultation on process improvements
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions
• Desire to work towards and acquire functional or technical certifications

Qualifications / Experience

• Education: Degree level (or equivalent experience)
• Ideally some business analysis or software development experience
