Description
You will be working with the Innovation team and key stakeholders in the partnership and business support heads of function to gather requirements from stakeholders to identify areas which could benefit from advanced AI solutions to provide efficiency across departments.Your responsibilities will include:
Helping to inform the AI strategy and support the secure and compliant adoption of AI within the firm Collaborating cross-functionally to design a strategic programme of work across a multi-year horizon aimed at delivering the business outcomes defined in the firm's overall business, AI, data, and innovation strategies. Designing and implementing a Gen AI opportunity assessment framework with objective criteria aligned to the firm's strategic goals Leading and/or supporting the creation of business cases for recommended Gen AI opportunities, including identification of measures of success. Helping to reinforce and mature our AI governance framework to ensure the secure and compliant use of AI within the firm. Ensuring all work is fully documented and quality assurance is undertaken (via peer review) to verify the accuracy of all deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
Strong understanding of digital technologies (including AI) and their applications in various industries. Proven experience working with Gen AI in a law firm or professional services environment. Ability to develop and manage a strategic programme of work, project plans, timelines and budgets. Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in project management, data science, and digital transformation. Experience working with strategic approaches and applying strategic thinking to digital solutions. Experience carrying out or hands-on management of user research activities, especially in the area of problem solving and digital transformation. Demonstrable experience of utilising project management and agile methodology elements (certification desirable). Experience working in a global or multinational organisation beneficial.
