The Opportunity:
As part of its expansion across Europe, the company has launched a newTech teamto empower brokers and partners in Germany. This team will:
- Build tools that enable brokers to efficiently refer customers.
- Improve the referral process and optimise customer experience.
With ownership of the German portal, the team will collaborate with UK colleagues while delivering tailored solutions for the market.
The Role: Front-End / Full-Stack Engineer
This role involves designing and developing tools to streamline broker and partner interactions and enhance referred customers’ journeys. You’ll work on:
- Introducer Portal: A web platform for brokers to manage referrals.
- Customer Web Apps: Optimising application flows for referred customers.
- Lending API: Developing integrations and improving usability for partners.
Collaboration with technical managers and the product team is key to solving challenges and driving improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in front-end development withReactandTypeScript.
- Knowledge ofRESTful APIsand backend integration.
- Strong browser testing and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication to translate needs into solutions.
Bonus Skills:
- Back-end experience withPython,Django, andPostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices like containerisation and CI/CD.
- Background in maths, physics, or computer science.
