Full Stack Developer

We've partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry to enhance store performance and profitability, and we're now looking for talented developers to join us on this journey to build our SaaS solution.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Developing backend systems: Architect and maintain scalable, secure backend systems using Node.js and Python for our APIs, handling security, authentication, and extracting vast amounts of analytics from camera and kiosk data.
SaaS platform development: Work closely with our AI developer to support the development of our SaaS backend features in Python for camera-based analytics.
Database management: Design and manage efficient data structures, and ensure high levels of data integrity and security using PostgreSQL.
Collaborating across teams: Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and continuously improve our development processes.
Learning and working with AI: If you’re interested in AI, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our AI team and help enhance our AI-driven camera solution, leveraging cuttingedge machine learning tools to improve analytics and insights.
To succeed with us, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software developer
  
• Proficient in Python (Django)
  
• Proficient in Node.js
  
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript
  
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, or similar
  
• Experience with AWS Experience using build tools such as Vite
  
• Experience with React.js
  
• Experience with Next.js
  
• Experience working in agile environments with test-driven development
  Bonus points for experience with:
  
• Slack for team communication
  
• A solid understanding of the Flux architecture pattern (used in React)
  
• Familiarity with UI frameworks (we use MUI Material & MUI Joy)
  
• Postman for API testing CI/CD automation testing
  
• Experience building dashboard systems that utilise heavy analytical data
  
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
