If you’re a detail-oriented innovator and team player, we’re excited to hear from you.Responsibilities for the role of Football Data Analyst will include:Collect, clean, and process football-related data from various sources.Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze player performance and match outcomes.Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with football analysts, coaches, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sports analytics and data science.As the selected Football Data Analyst, you background should include:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Essential - Proven experience in data science within the sports industry.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Knowledge of football tactics, strategies, and player performance metrics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Please note: even if you don't have exactly the background indicated, do contact us now if this type of job is of interest - we may well have similar opportunities that you would be suited to.
