Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer Seniority: Senior Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent Salary: Dependent on Experience Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days working from home per week) A rapidly scaling tech company is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join their small, high-impact engineering team. This role offers the chance to work on a cutting-edge in-home health coaching platform that integrates computer vision, connected weights, and 3D cameras to deliver personalised training sessions. As a Full Stack Flutter/Dart Developer, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering and the Chief Product Officer to implement features that will impact thousands of users daily. You’ll also maintain and extend the internal admin web app and AWS backend functionality, playing a key role in the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Collaborative Development: Work closely with the engineering team to accelerate the ongoing development of the Flutter app. Admin Web App Maintenance: Maintain and extend features of the internal admin web app. Backend Development: Extend AWS backend functionality. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to ensure technical and product requirements are met. Quality Assurance: Partner with QA to resolve and minimize bugs, ensuring smooth staging and production releases. Feature Releases: Ensure regular and smooth releases of new features, coordinating closely with Customer Support and Marketing. Required Skills and Experience: Flutter/Dart Expertise: Extensive experience in Flutter/Dart within a startup or high-growth environment. AWS Proficiency: Experience with AWS technologies such as SAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3. Project Management: Proficiency in using JIRA or other project management tools. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document projects in detail. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail. Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile Scrum teams. Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently and within a team setting. Nice to Have: Product Mindset: A solid understanding of how to build and maintain products. Passion for Fitness: Ideally, experience in building fitness products or a strong interest in revolutionising exercise technology.
