About the team:Are you a fully qualified Finance Transformation Leader with extensive experience within the financial services sector?Do you have exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to work in unison with the Transformation team to develop and implement the bank\'s transformation strategy? What you will be doing: As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with the Transformation team in the development and implementation of the bank\'s transformation strategy; working closely with Finance and Business management to provide financial requirements, structure and controls, governance, guidance and support to the Modernisation programme. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the communication around Modernisation in Finance at all levelsEnsuring the CFO and Deputy CFO are appraised of the status and any escalations before steering and board committeesWorking closely with the Transformation team; constantly consider how Modernisation will impact all Finance processes, systems and ways of working.Identifying opportunities that arise through modernisation that can be deployed to increase efficiencies and processes in our existing infrastructure.Collaborating with Finance and other teams to provide meaningful financial and operational metrics and reports to senior management.Providing regular updates to all colleagues to sell the future and their part in the future along with improving the understanding of the entire function of the programme and its benefits.
