Job Description

This is an exciting role with significant growth potential to help lead all NAVLIN Market Access & Pricing Systems Implementation Services practice in an integrated delivery model to meet strategic customer needs. The person in this role is proficient working across pricing software, price and access data & analytics, and systems implementation consulting services to lead creation and delivery of innovative offerings that meet complex and varied customer needs. The person can engage with customers at all levels, build & drive teams to deliver world class technology enabled solutions that address customer issues from early stage asset valuation and business development to launch, in-line and end-of-life pricing and access challenges. The person will support senior management in building best-in-class strategic vision and drive internal teams – both direct reports and across a matrix of capabilities – to achieve stellar results. The ideal person is seeking a practice leadership role where they can work over a growing customer base to help define the future of global, integrated price and access solutions, and help integrate that into EVERSANA’s larger commercialization platform of services including HEOR, RWE, and Commercial Analytics. The person is willing to take the successful existing team and set of offerings and create and drive packaged consulting services and grow a large and market leading team to deliver this globally. The person will be part of a team of 200+ professionals serving 100+ customers collaboratively on global pricing, market access and real-world evidence challenges in countries around the world.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with customers in defining and understanding price and access challenges and solutions, needs, and outcomes, and then working to achieve the desired results Work with the price and access solution software and data product teams in adapting their products to new and emerging needs coming from customers and the consulting leader and dramatically improve the quality and reduce the cost of generating price and access insights Lead solution and consulting projects to assist clients in optimizing their price and access decisions and insights and tracking the price and access landscape Engage with and lead global teams and resources across Europe, US, India and Asia to develop their knowledge of the price and access market and the solutions it needs Plan & deliver on profit/loss, revenue and practice growth targets for the NALVIN Price & Access Systems Implementation practice Be able to assist in selling, planning, organizes and lead various projects, programs and services both internally and externally related to pricing and market access Collaborate with other senior management to develop an innovative view of where price and access system implementation is going and how to work changes in regulatory landscape, new technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive pricing and access, and other factors to create new models for market engagement and delivery Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.  All other duties as assigned

PEOPLE LEADER

People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values. In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities:

Responsible for and oversee their respective department. Develop and build a vision, operational details and knowledge around the price and access system implementation marketplace that helps unify it into unique and differentiated high-value offering Help set and achieve the goals for EVERSANA’s global price and access systems implementation initiatives Drive scalability through the organization by determining delivery objectives, creating innovative work delivery methods and best practices that create consistency and efficiency in delivery, and driving performance standards; Create high performing team by reviewing performance relative to departmental objectives, discuss appraisals with employees and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.

EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

Travelcould be expected 1-2 days per week on average within Europe, but could be more during busy periods, with occasional USA or Asian trips.Hours(Hours per week, days of the week)

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
