About the Role

This is a new role, based in London, supporting the Chief Growth Officer, the EVP EMEA, and the CFO of the Marketing Services Practice. We are looking for a pro active and highly competent EA who will provide professional, client focussed support to senior stakeholders in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The individual needs to be adaptable, dynamic, and confident in their ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. The role will involve proactive support across a broad range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

● Effective gatekeeping, forward planning and scheduling
● Organise and manage events and off sites
● Ensure appropriate meeting logistics, for example room set up, refreshments, AV etc
● Preparation and timely circulation of agendas, materials, minutes / actions, and monitor and follow up actions
● Administer expense claims and ensure timely processing
● Utilise the travel platform to organise travel, including visas and itineraries
● Utilise excel or google sheets for data management and analysis
● Confirm all logistics regarding speaking engagements and attendance at events.
● Assist in scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, events

About You

The essentials:

● 3+ years of experience in similar role
● Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Sheets.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
● Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
