This is a strategic role requiring an exceptional architect who can bridge business and technical domains, shape bid strategies, and drive technology transformation across multiple platforms including Salesforce, Appian, and Workday.Your ResponsibilitiesAs Chief Architect, you'll translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while managing ambiguity in bid environments. You'll be responsible for developing architectural strategies, engaging with senior stakeholders and technology partners, and building organisational capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple bids. You'll oversee data science initiatives, ensure rapid value delivery, and drive integration strategies across various platforms. Key focus will be on creating flexible, future-proof solutions that deliver genuine value for vulnerable service users.About YouWe're looking for an exceptional leader who can inspire confidence at all levels. You'll need:Extensive experience in senior architectural roles within complex bid environmentsStrong track record of successful public sector transformation projectsProven ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and bid teamsUnderstanding of platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, Workday, and Dell BoomiExperience managing data science teams and driving value from data initiativesCommercial acumen and ability to negotiate with technology partnersStrong grasp of current architectural patterns and future technology trendsExperience in solutions supporting vulnerable communities (advantageous)Ability to build strategic capabilities that can be reused across multiple bidsOutstanding communication skills and presenceThis role requires a unique blend of technical credibility, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
