Director of AI 110,000-£130,000 We're partnering with an AI-focused start-up in the Biotech space focused on using AI to advance medicines. They're looking for a Director of AI to join their existing team of 3 AI experts to work on projects using multimodal data from various sources, working on projects from research to deployment. As Director of AI for the business you will: Manage a small team of Data Scientists Read research papers to come up with new ways of using AI to solve business problems Lead projects using multimodal data and cutting-edge AI techniques Take projects from ideation through to deployment, getting involved in DevOps and Version Control where needed Master's or PhD in a relevant subject Experience working with cutting-edge AI techniques e.g. Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer with a preference for Biotechnology industry experience Experience working with large, multimodal data sets from various sources Tech: Python, SQL, Cloud technology London office - required in minimum 3 times per week but ideally 4 Private Medical care Discretionary performance-related bonus Pension Wider Benefits package
