The consumer product teams focus on aidingpeople to discover businesses they can trust and share theirexperience with the millions of other consumers looking to makemore confident choices. You will lead a dedicated team ofProduct Managers in developing innovative product solutions thathelp consumers discover, choose and share experience withbusinesses. Your strategic vision and leadership will have anintegral part in shaping Trustpilot's approach to evolvingour consumer platform to bring the most relevant reviews to usersthroughout their buying experience  What you’ll bedoing:Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive3-year product strategy that aligns with Trustpilot'svision of becoming the universal symbol of trust. Lead theconsumer's product team to innovate - helping consumersdiscover businesses they can trust and share their experience withmillions of consumers who rely on Trustpilot ConsumerEngagement - Implement solutions to increase consumer awareness,engagement and retention both on the platform and off-platform withthe Trustpilot brand also seen by millions of consumers acrosssearch, businesses websites and in marketing assets. GlobalGrowth - Collaborate with legal, commercial and marketing teams tounderstand emerging consumer trends, behaviour and needs acrossboth new and existing markets. Lead efforts to adapt and localizeconsumer experiences features, ensuring that Trustpilot meets thediverse needs of users worldwide. Identify opportunities for growthby aligning Consumer innovations with market demands, particularlyfocusing on expanding Trustpilot's presence and impact.TeamLeadership - Manage and mentor a team of three Product Managerscommitted to Consumer product development - promoting a culture ofinnovation, collaboration, and accountability. Provide leadershipand guidance to ensure the team is focused on delivering impactfulproduct solutions that address consumer challenges. Equip the teamwith the tools, knowledge, and support needed to excel in theirroles and contribute to Trustpilot's mission.Data-DrivenChoices - Utilize metrics, user feedback, and security incidentdata to guide product development decisions. Establish keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth against strategicpriorities and continuously refine our product offerings based ondata-driven insights. Lead efforts to incorporate analytics andresearch into the product development process to inform strategyand implementation.Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with otherdepartment leaders, including Engineering, Data Science, Marketing,Legal, and Policy to ensure consumer product strategies align withcompany goals, regulatory requirements, and industry bestpractices. Represent Trustpilot's consumer product visionin external forums, with key partners and industrystakeholders.  Who you are:Proven Product Leadershipexperience working in a leadership role developing teams, with asignificant focus on consumer products in a technology-focusedcompany.Strategic Thinker with the ability to develop, influenceand deliver a comprehensive consumer strategy with executiveleadership. Ability to anticipate future trends and challenges inthe Trust & Safety domain and craft proactivestrategies.Consumer-Centric with a deep understanding of consumerneeds and behaviours in the context of buying decisions online.Experience in designing and implementing user-centric solutionsthat enhance safety without compromising the user experience.Familiarity with techniques to engage and drive B2B2C flywheels ishighly advantageous. Collaborative Mindset with advancedinterpersonal and communication skills, coupled with high emotionalintelligence, enabling effective collaboration and leadershipacross teams within the organization. Demonstrates the ability tounderstand and evaluate emotions, creating a positive workenvironment and leading through influence with understanding andadaptability.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, withprevious experience using data to inform product strategy anddecisions. An expert in monitoring trends, user feedback, andperformance metrics to continuously improve productofferings.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
