Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We are looking to hire a Director of Data & Analytics to take us to the next level in data strategy and delivery. You'll be a great leader, with your finger on the pulse of the latest tech and keen to really influence how we utilise data to improve everything we do going into the next few years.


Location: remote/hybrid in Malta, UK, Isle of Man, Poland, Gibraltar or Spain.

Salary:Negotiable, depending on experience.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, and execute, the Data Strategy within the Data & Analytics Team and the Company
  • Manage teams within Data & Analytics to operate effectively and efficiently
  • Define, manage, and be responsible for all costs and budgets relating to the Data Teams
  • Be an ambassador of good data governance and proper data usage within the Group
  • Ensure that Data & Analytics is always improving and levelling up
  • Ensure that Data & Analytics deliver at a high quality to the rest of the company
  • Build strong relationships across the company
  • Act as a mentor to the leadership team within the Data Team
  • Drive recruitment and team development of D&A.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments within D&A in, and outside, of the industry.
  • Be a role model for Push Gaming, driving a data-driven culture.


What you will you bring:

  • Strong (we think 8-12+ years) progressive experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management capacity
  • Proven track record of leading and managing data teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and analysts. Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data strategies aligned with business goals
  • Problem-solving-oriented and has a curious mindset
  • Analytical and has a strong interest in driving change and continuous improvement
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • A Master’s or PhD in a related discipline is often preferred, as is experience in iGaming
  • Fluent in English
  • Great communication and presenting skills
