Are you passionate about AI and looking for a leadership role where you can drive innovation and create value for clients? We're seeking an AI Lead for a highly reputable, market leading consultancy who are loved by their clients to oversee their AI initiatives and elevate their expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:Lead AI initiatives, working with cross-functional teams on diverse projects across various industries.
• Client Relations:Enhance client value through AI solutions, supporting account managers and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Operational Excellence:Integrate AI tools and processes to improve the Software Development Life Cycle, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Internal Projects:Oversee projects demonstrating our internal use of AI, contributing to a culture of AI adoption.
• Financial Oversight:Monitor the AI horizontal P&L, including investments, costs, and opportunities, with support from the Finance team.
• Business Development:Support in upselling AI services and expanding business with current clients, leveraging a business mindset to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Technology Advisory:Offer expertise on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI, staying updated with fast-paced AI innovations and sharing knowledge within the organization.
• Team Development:Mentor and develop a high-performing AI team, support recruitment, and drive innovation with new technologies and methodologies.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven Success:Experience delivering commercially successful AI products/services and working with clients to add value through AI.
• Technical Expertise:Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience, comfortable discussing complex topics with CTOs and Principal Engineers.
• Industry Experience:Background in the tech services industry is a plus, with a passion for AI and recognition as a thought leader.
• Client-Centric:Ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.
• Opportunity Seeker:Savvy in identifying opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Collaboration Skills:Excellent communication tailored to different audiences, ensuring effective collaboration among developers, partners, and leadership.
