We are currently partnered with a global consulting firm, specializing in digital transformation and data science solutions. They work with clients to solve complex business challenges across a range of industries to achieve improved enterprise-wide commercial growth, improved operational efficiencies and optimal customer experience and engagement.

Already disrupting the UK management consultancy market further to successfully securing major account wins from the Big Four, this company is investing in key platforms and resources to drive growth across their UK and Ireland offices.

As the Digital Transformation Director, you will be part of an elite team, overseeing and executing data driven digital transformation strategies for global brands, to optimise business performance, operational efficiencies and improve customer experience.

You will flex exceptional commercial skills in shaping and converting deals, as well as growing existing relationships and clients, therefore a strong background in consulting and demonstrable experience in securing commercial deals is key.

Skills & experience required:

• Educated to degree level in a relative subject
• Proven experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives with the ability to inspire, guide and lead project teams
• Expert in building and leveraging stakeholder relationships, in order to understand requirements and in turn build meaningful and impactful digital transformation strategies and solutions
• Management consultancy experience is essential, including strong sales and business development skills
