Littlefish customers can expect to access a new and extensive Microsoft solutions portfolio and curated partner network that will further enable digital transformation journeys, facilitating growth at scale, and unlocking the end-to-end benefits of Microsoft business application solutions through strategic integration and adoption.

The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Littlefish is seeking a Sales Account Manager M365 Productivity & Adoption on a permanent basis. The role will be based in the UK and report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer of Storm Technology (Ireland) who have recently been acquired by Littlefish (UK) Ltd. As the Sales Account Manager M365 Productivity & Adoption you will build and develop Sales Orders for the M365 Productivity & Adoption technology solutions in the UK working initially with existing client base

Youll understand the clients business needs, challenges, and objectives to position Microsoft 365 solutions effectively. Consult with clients on Microsofts M365 Productivity features, including cloud services (Azure), Artificial intelligence (AI) and enterprise applications.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts in both public and private sectors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Littlefish Microsoft Business Solutions
  • Educate clients on new Microsoft (with particular emphasis on M365) products, updates, and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales and sales operations, M365 Productivity Consulting Practice, Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure alignment in delivering solutions and addressing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and resellers to maximize business potential.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics, including sales revenue, renewals, and customer engagement.
  • Regularly provide sales forecasts, account status updates, and pipeline reports to senior leadership as required.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling other Microsoft Business Solutions within existing accounts to enhance client value and deepen business relationships.
  • Attend marketing and industry events where required.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

This is a client-facing role, so the following are essential:

  • Deep understanding and experience delivering or selling of Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft solutions.
  • Experience selling/implementing MS AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding OTE in a Sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, strategic accounts.
  • Skilled at influencing and negotiating with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and develop tailored solutions. Broad technology industry understanding and commitment to on-going learning and keeping up to speed.
  • Business development mindset and natural interest in account management and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics to drive account strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer relationship development.
  • Progressive organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge and sectoral experience.
