Elevate Health Services understanding in critical digital and data skills and drive effective engagement across Health Services to motivate all employees to recognise the potential of digital and a data-led culture.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:

Deep expertise in data science and analytics, in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge data tools and platforms, and experience in designing and implementing data quality and governance processes.

The ability to build and maintaining strong, long lasting stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Demonstrable track record of leading high value and complex negotiations.

Proven track record of working effectively and developing relationships with third parties.

Strong track record of hiring, retaining, developing, and motivating top tier talent.

Strategic and tactical thinking, able to manage complex and high level of data and information and deliver operationally.

Experience in using and implementing real-time analytics tools, including Business Intelligence (BI) and dashboards.

Demonstrates experience with SQL programming language, Oracle databases, Data Warehouses and Data Governance concepts.

The successful candidate will be driven, ambitious and innovative with strong commercial acumen and a visible leader within the business. This is a senior management role within Health Services.
