Exciting new start-up that works with financial institutions and government organisations to detect and prevent fraud, financial crime and non-compliance utilising bleeding edge innovations within big data and machine learning surrounded by passionate technologists.This position will see you:Working primarily on GCP, and lightly on Azure, AWSUsing modern DevOps practices day-to-day to build out secure, low maintenance environments which support all deployments of software products for our clients and internal RandDDeveloping cloud solutions which comprise a mixture of software as a service, platform as a service and managed service offerings and form a key part of our go to market strategyContribute to architectural design and selection of DevOps and cloud technologiesCollaborate with and mentor junior cloud engineersWe’d like to speak to you if you can demonstrate:Experience with configuration management tooling such as Terraform, AnsibleExperience managing microservices (scaling, upgrading, traffic management, deployment strategies)Experience with secret management technologies such as VaultExperience with technologies supporting Kubernetes such as Helm or IstioExperience of Docker and Kubernetes or related technologiesExperience with CICD tools and technologies such as Jenkins, CircleCI, TeamCityStrong understanding of software engineering practices and development methodologiesEffective communication skills and demonstrated ability to explain day to day technical concepts to a range of audiences, technical and non-technicalGood appreciation of information security principles commonly applied to securing data in the cloudA good understanding of networking concepts and devices (virtual networks, VPNs, proxies, firewalls)Experience with at least one major cloud hosting platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with general Linux administrationExperience with scripting and automation i.e. Bash, Python#J-18808-Ljbffr
