Role: Deputy Manager Location: Belfast Hours: 39 hours per week. Pay: £46,000 An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Nurse Manager,to join one of our longstanding clients, an ever-growing Nursing Home group in one of their fantastic homes. The Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring their medical, personal, and emotional needs are met with empathy, respect, and professionalism. As the Deputy Nurse Manager of a general nursing facility, you play a key role in overseeing daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. You work closely with the Nurse Manager to manage staffing, develop training programs, and support the nursing team in delivering compassionate, efficient care. The Requirements: Care Setting experience. Registered on the NMC for 4+ years. NMC Registered RGN, RNLD or RMN.
