You will play a crucial role in developing and deploying scalable ML solutions, ensuring models built by data scientists transition smoothly into production, delivering real value and performance. Collaborate with platform engineers, data scientists, and key stakeholders to design, deploy, and manage end-to-end ML pipelines. Who you are • Strong team player, passionate about creating maintainable ML pipelines and driving innovation. • Self-starter, confident in leading initiatives and engaging with the ML Ops community. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver key business outcomes. • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and SageMaker & MLflow. • Skilled in orchestration frameworks (Airflow, KubeFlow, Argo) and DevOps principles. • Proficient in CI/CD, cloud computing, APIs, and version control (Git). • 2 years' experience building production-quality, multi-language software. What you’ll be doing • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to design scalable model deployment. • Refactor and optimize existing data pipelines for greater efficiency. • Transform offline models into fully functioning production ML systems. • Develop and maintain scalable tools for ML training, deployment, and inference. • Apply CI/CD, automation, and best practices to machine learning workflows. • Facilitate proof-of-concept ML systems, ensuring they meet business needs. • Support model development with a focus on security, versioning, and performance.
