AI&A is dedicated to helping businesses become more data-centric by building accessible, trustworthy, and future-ready data foundations and transform decision making powered by AI to drive growth & success.The role is based in London and you will be expected to travel onsite 2 to 3 times a week.Some of your key responsibilities will be to:Act as an expert who provides support and guidance to teams and be a recognised authority on a number of data science specialisms within government, with knowledge of cutting edge techniques.Engage with senior stakeholders and champion the value of data science.Have some line management/mentoring responsibilities.The experience you will need to demonstrate:From a technical perspective:Experience in developing and implementing AI / ML based solutions across different sectors including Government.Experience in extracting data and constructing pipelines in different formats from diverse sources.In depth experience in AI / ML statistical programming languages such as Python, R, SAS.Knowledge and experience of ML Ops.Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications of developing and implementing AI/ ML solutions with at least 1 Hyperscaler.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the below:A consultative approach regarding identifying client issues and commitment to delivering high quality solutions.The ability to work autonomously or with teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at the most senior level.The Cognizant community:We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
