A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

E-commerce Analytics: Develop predictive models to optimise online sales performance, pricing strategies, and digital shelf visibilityhelping our brands stand out in the digital marketplace. Sales Forecasting: Build robust demand forecasting models to support trade planning, inventory optimisation, and flawless sales execution. Marketing Effectiveness: Use advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to measure campaign ROI, refine customer segmentation, and personalise experiences that drive engagement. Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Apply scenario modelling and elasticity analysis to optimise pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies for maximum impact. Data Integration: Consolidate and harmonise data from multiple sourcesPOS, CRM, digital platforms, syndicated datainto unified insights that empower smarter decisions.

Were Looking for Someone With

Masters degree in a STEM or related field (Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering). Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI. Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and actionable way.
