My client are a Top FTSE listed enterprise company with a well recognised and driven brand making a hugely positive impact in our society and for their customers.


*Role preferably located London or South but options to be located in other office locations UK wide. *


These key roles sit within the econometrics team, that help the business measure effectiveness and efficiency of business strategies and investments. These learnings will be applied to take shape to the overall marketing strategy.


The econometricians will be responsible for developing and delivering accurate and appropriate Market Mix models, and interpret the analysis to create concise, insightful recommendations. The role is varied, with exposure across the business and will involve working closely with commercial, finance, marketing and data science.


Key Responsibilities include:

· Work with the current econometrics team to build and update a suite of econometric/Marketing Mix Models and turn outputs into actionable insights that drive value.

· Analyse large datasets to quantify the impact of marketing spend on key business outcomes, such as sales, customer acquisition.

· Assist in ad hoc projects as advised by your line manager and other stakeholders

· Interpret the analysis to create concise, insightful stakeholder communications (presentations, documentation etc), being able to create and develop a narrative that is consistent with the data gathered.

· Ensure projects and deadlines are met in line with the business needs.

· Extensive work with Big Data, econometrics, Statistics, and Marketing Mix Modelling


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

· You will have some years’ experience in Big Data analysis, econometrics, statistics and Marketing Mix Modelling in a professional environment.

· Good knowledge of media, marketing, pricing and promotions and an understanding of their commercial impact.

· Preferably used Eviews or other econometrics / stats forecasting package

  • Programming in Python, R, or SQL, are advantageous.

· Highly competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· An understanding of media planning, buying and optimisation techniques would be beneficial.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects at once.

· Be able to communicate professionally across functions in an enterprise environment.
