• Salary:£40,000 - £58,000
• Location:Bristol/Gloucester

We are looking for a skilled Data Science Consultant to join a leading digital consultancy who are working within the Defence and Security space.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in data science, mathematical modelling, and machine learning, with an emphasis on applying advanced analytics to inform data-driven decisions.

You’ll work with clients in sectors such as government, law enforcement, aerospace, defence and security.

The successful Data Scientist will have:

• Proven experience in conducting analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and developing models to drive data-centric solutions
• Experience in the Defence and Security sectors
• Proficiency in the entire modelling process
• Strong command of tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel
• Experience in some or all: advanced analytics, operational research modelling, big data platforms, or developing data visualizations and dashboards
• You’ll have a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.

The Data Science Consultant package:

• £40,000 - £45,000

• Travel allowance

• Pension
